Q. There is a problem with the product. What should I do?

A. If you believe there is an issue with the product, please request exchange or refund through the place of purchase or contact the customer support office (1577-7059) at the Petfood Goong headquarters. If you have purchased the product at an offline store, however, you need to bring the actual product and receipt of purchase to be able to get an exchange or a refund.

Q. What should I do if I want to buy the products wholesale?

A. You may purchase at Petfood Goong’s exclusive shopping mall for businesses (https://pfgoong.co.kr/). It is a membership sign-up approval system, so once you sign up for a general membership and upload an image of your business license on the business certification bulletin board, the admin will check; once it is verified, you will be approved as a business member.

Q. Is it possible to purchase by visiting Petfood Goong in person?

A. Purchasing by visiting in person is not available. Please visit our online shop or the nearest Lotte Mart, pet supply store, pet cafe, or animal clinic. (Please call before visiting to check the stock)

Q. What should I do if I want to get sponsorship?

A. Please submit inquiries on sponsorship via “Online Inquiries” on our website or to seoulleefood@naver.com. You may also apply for an experience group event on Petfood Goong’s Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/petfood_goong/).

Q. Do you participate in pet expos?

A. Our pet expo schedules are posted on Petfood Goong’s Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/petfood_goong/), so please check.

Q. Can I feed a Petfood Goong product to a hamster (or a hedgehog or a parrot)?

A. Petfood Goong products have been developed for dogs and cats only. Please consult with a veterinarian before feeding the products to other pets.
